Processing Time

There are different processing times for different orders. You can see more details as followings:

• Monofilament Wigs Order: It will take 15-20 days to produce your wigs.

It will take 2-4 days for you to receive your items.

We will deliver your order DHL/ RPX/DPD. According to credit cards clearance, address confirmation and availabilities of our products. Our customer service department may need 1-2 working days to process your order. So please wait patiently.

Delivery Charge

Our delivery charge is $11 per order. We offer fixed delivery charge for every single order which will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment, no matter how many items are purchased.

 

Return Policy

If you want to return your order, please contact us with all your questions and concerns first. Give us your order number within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange or refund the item. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any items must be original packed. All packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are sorry that we cannot responsible for the lost in transit. And the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Step 1 Make a ponytail or bun with your own hair. Secure with an elastic band and/or bobby pins.
Step 2 Open the pressure sensitive clips by pressing the center of the clip inward.
Step 3 Place the updo over the top of your ponytail/bun. And it is best to place clip just above where you want to wear. Secure your updo in place by snapping the pressure sensitive clip closed.
Step 4 Scoop the bottom clip into your bun securing the updo to your own hair.
Step 5 If your updo has a drawstring, pull both draw strings until the piece is secured to your own hair. Tie strings together and tuck them inside your updo.

This is the cutest pony tail and is the second one I own. My new hairpiece matches my blonde hair almost perfectly. There are two pieces of thick lightweight wire type of material which the hair is attached to. You can comb them smooth or shake them out. I just love this product! (Posted on 25/06/2012)
